Description

You manage IT operations, engineering application support, and production services for Dassault Systemes tools.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support design and industrial engineering applications, specifically CATIA and ENOVIA.
• Drive performance, availability, and service quality for run and production support activities.
• Manage the partner ecosystem, ensuring adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and service agreements.
• Lead transition management activities between build and run teams to ensure smooth handovers.
• Monitor application and infrastructure health using tools like Dynatrace and resolve incidents via ServiceNow and Jira.

Required Skills

• 10-15 years of experience in IT Operations, Application Operations, or Engineering Application Support.
• Hands-on experience with CATIA, ENOVIA, or similar PLM/Engineering tools.
• Strong experience in ITIL-based service management environments.
• Experience managing production support, incident management, and operational governance.
• Proficiency with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and Jira.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Dynatrace.
• Basic to intermediate exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with global stakeholders, vendors, and partner teams.
• B.Tech, M.Tech (Dual), B.E., or B.Tech degree.
