Description

Lead technical design and regional deployment of 5G RAN networks.

Responsibilities

• Partner with teams to develop application and network design documents for 5G RAN deployment.
• Guide RF Engineers on technical design and deployment aspects of the wireless network.
• Manage internal and external partner relationships to drive automation in design, deployment, optimization, and performance.
• Develop documentation for system testing, including feature validation, parameter optimization, and performance analysis.
• Manage regional RAN governance in accordance with KPIs and metrics.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in the wireless industry.
• 5+ years of technical management experience with a wireless service provider in a RAN technical and engineering capacity.
• Experience with wireless service, application/network design, and KPIs.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical discipline.
• Advanced leadership and management skills, including strategic thinking and team focus.
