Description

You will manage and optimize on-floor operations for the US Staffing division, focusing on Bench Sales and Recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate client relationships to understand workforce requirements and address staffing needs.
• Oversee bench consultant management to minimize bench time and ensure timely placements.
• Develop and execute sales strategies for bench sales to achieve revenue targets and maintain opportunity pipelines.
• Lead and mentor the recruitment team, monitoring performance, productivity, and process improvements.
• Implement quality control measures for candidate suitability and ensure compliance with legal and contractual requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in the Staffing Industry.
• Proven ability in Bench Sales and Recruitment operations management.
• Strong proficiency with CRM Software for client and candidate tracking.
• Excellent Communication skills for client engagement and team leadership.
• Ability to analyze Key Performance Indicators to drive operational excellence.
• Strong Problem Solving and Analytical Skills for process optimization.
• Experience implementing Quality Control measures in recruitment workflows.
