Description

You will lead operational aspects of capital projects and start-up initiatives to meet business, schedule, and budget objectives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational aspects of capital projects and start-up initiatives.
• Evaluate and implement business processes, equipment, systems, and technology.
• Analyze, define, and document requirements to translate them into processes, standards, and training materials.
• Track and report on ramp-up plans, including line performance, safety measures, and product qualification.
• Coach associates at all levels on operational processes and subject matter expertise.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in operations or project environments.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Project Engineering expertise.
• Ability to drive team alignment across multiple business units.
• Experience with TPM readiness and 5S methodologies.
• Capability to define and document operational requirements and success criteria.
• Proven ability to manage project schedules and deliverables.

Preferred Skills

• Experience tracking Key Standard Routines and 5S progress.
