Description

You will oversee recruitment operations and manage specialized staffing teams in a mission-critical environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor teams of Bench Sales recruiters, OPT recruiters, and team leads.
• Plan and schedule activities to ensure service delivery aligns with the delivery matrix.
• Distribute resources and assign targets to recruitment teams.
• Monitor recruitment processes and provide weekly and monthly progress reports to management.
• Oversee branch operations, including recruiter timesheets and domestic requirements.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience in operations or recruitment management.
• Proven expertise in Bench Sales.
• Experience managing Bench Sales and OPT recruitment teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Ability to manage time effectively in high-pressure programs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience training new hires on the end-to-end recruitment process.
