Description

You will oversee and coordinate all aspects of branch operation activities to drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations planning, business qualification, and the operational review of proposals and bookings.
• Own contract execution, including monitoring estimated vs. actual costs and reviewing contract terms.
• Supervise labor and subcontractors while managing contract planning and scheduling.
• Handle financial tasks including invoice preparation and collections.
• Direct project revenue exceeding $15 million.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience in operations, service, field, or project management.
• Proven experience in project management and supervisory roles.
• Strong financial analytical skills with a focus on cost control.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage customer needs and requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in electronic, fire alarm & life safety, building automation, or healthcare industries.
