Description

You will coordinate and oversee all branch operations in Omaha, managing schedules, inventory, and staffing to drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff through hiring, training, evaluation, and promotion recommendations.
• Oversee inventory planning and warehouse efficiency to ensure cost-effective operations.
• Determine operational schedules based on inbound materials, labor availability, and installation dates.
• Build customer relationships and resolve requests to improve service quality.
• Identify operational friction points and implement solutions to maximize efficiency and revenue.
• Develop plans and forecasts using sales data to meet future growth needs.
• Lead the future implementation of a showroom, sales team, and project managers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in the construction industry as an operations manager or in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Technology, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Direct experience in operations management and industrial technology.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and evaluate teams.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience with sales forecasting and operational planning.
