You will manage system operations and infrastructure monitoring within a banking environment in Charlotte, NC.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor system health and performance using observability tools.
• Build custom dashboards, alerting rules, and operational reports.
• Manage cloud infrastructure and applied AWS services.
• Maintain operational stability within the banking domain.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in system administration or operations.
• Applied experience with AWS cloud environments.
• Hands-on experience with Dynatrace.
• Hands-on experience with Splunk.
• Experience creating dashboards and alerts in monitoring tools.
• Recent experience working within the banking domain.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduation.
