Manage and coordinate branch operations to drive operational excellence, overseeing planning, reviews, and financial workflows for projects exceeding $15 million.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations planning, qualifying potential business, and performing operational reviews of proposals and bookings.
• Own contract execution by monitoring estimated versus actual costs and reviewing contract terms.
• Supervise labor and subcontractors while managing contract planning and scheduling.
• Handle financial workflows including invoice preparation and collections.
• Manage project revenue exceeding $15 million.
