Description

Analyze supply chain metrics and data to drive operational improvements and business intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess key supply chain performance metrics to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement areas.
• Execute data extraction, validation, cleansing, and harmonization to ensure high data quality.
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards, reports, and KPIs for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Data Architects to define and maintain customer data models and analytics solutions.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in data and business analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL and database technologies including Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL.
• Experience with Azure data services such as Data Factory and Databricks.
• Advanced data visualization skills using Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and large-scale dataset analysis.
• Ability to use UML and flowcharts for process modeling and requirements gathering.
• Knowledge of relational and non-relational database schema design and query optimization.
• Experience bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical IT teams.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in a STEM curriculum.
