Description

You own end-to-end interview program workflows, optimizing them to support organizational growth and scalability.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks in interview processes while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Develop and evolve interview content, modules, and structured evaluation frameworks.
• Design and manage interviewer onboarding, training, and performance feedback programs.
• Build and maintain dashboards to track interview performance and analyze hiring metrics.
• Partner with recruiting and analytics teams to ensure data accuracy and actionable insights.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in program management, operations, or recruiting operations.
• Strong data analytics skills with experience tracking KPIs and building reports/dashboards.
• Experience designing and scaling structured processes in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent project management skills to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with recruiting, hiring, or structured interview processes.
• Ability to operate independently in a remote, high-growth environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ATS and recruiting tools (e.g., Greenhouse, scheduling platforms).
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Mode).
