You will own operational analysis, reporting, and KPI development to drive business performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sellers, support, and carriers to identify delivery and fulfillment issues.
• Develop analytical models to assess problems and measure business performance impact.
• Own the design, automation, and maintenance of metrics, reports, and dashboards.
• Implement KPIs and automated reporting solutions with operations teams.
• Interface with technology teams to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis or operations.
• Strong capabilities in Data Analysis and Statistical Analysis.
• Proficiency in Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing tools.
• Proven experience in KPI Development and Project Management.
• Experience retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources.
• Execution focus paired with strategic planning capabilities.
• E-commerce operations background.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working directly with 3P carriers and sales teams.
