Description

You manage Salesforce operations, data integrity, and process documentation for session and project workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain accurate data in Salesforce dashboards for sessions and projects.
• Confirm and track pre-recorded session requests, manage session types, and handle scheduling availability.
• Manage certification data, user access, status, and Salesforce license requests based on roles.
• Reconcile revenue for delivered sessions, highlight discrepancies, and coordinate approvals with Operations Managers.
• Maintain and update SOPs in the knowledge base to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, or CRM management.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
• Proficiency in data entry, documentation, and process management.
• Experience with resource management and scheduling coordination.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
