Roles & Responsibilities:

• Monitor productivity of team, prepare MIS reports and analyze data to identify trends and improvements.
• Execute assigned work including planning and conducting training sessions for new hires and existing employees.
• Carry out periodic process reviews and identify redundant steps in existing processes for optimization.
• Conduct periodic audits of production work completed by team members and provide recommendations to management.
• Research and develop solutions to business inquiries including policy gaps and procedural changes.
• Monitor work progression to ensure timely completion of all assignments by requested due dates.
• Ensure consistent application of team process controls and maintain quality standards across operations.
• Serve as primary point of contact between CSIPL and onshore teams for seamless coordination.

Experience Required: 7-8 years of relevant experience in operations support or similar analytical role.

Education: Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience. Lean qualification preferred
