Own operational support, data analysis, and process optimization for the Chennai team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor team productivity and prepare MIS reports to identify trends and improvements.
• Conduct periodic process reviews to identify redundant steps and optimize workflows.
• Plan and deliver training sessions for new hires and existing employees.
• Perform audits of production work and provide actionable recommendations to management.
• Research solutions for business inquiries, addressing policy gaps and procedural changes.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of relevant experience in operations support or analytical roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience utilizing AI tools for efficiency and data processing.
• Strong data analysis capabilities to drive operational insights.
• Proven process management skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills to serve as liaison between onshore and offshore teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Lean qualification or certification.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage unexpected changes in requirements.
