Description

You will provide operations support for Apache NiFi environments, ensuring stable and reliable production services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support installation and setup activities for NiFi components across various environments.
• Perform administrative tasks, including routine system upkeep and operational maintenance.
• Monitor production systems, triage incidents, and ensure timely resolution to minimize downtime.
• Conduct diagnostics to investigate issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage configuration changes with proper controls to ensure system stability and consistency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in operations and production support environments.
• Hands-on expertise in Apache NiFi administration and configuration.
• Proficiency in installing and setting up data engineering platforms.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills to resolve operational issues.
• Understanding of configuration management and change control processes.
• Knowledge of encryption practices for securing data pipelines.
• Ability to maintain system stability through proactive monitoring and maintenance.
• Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.
