Description

You will manage business analysis and project delivery for regulatory client deliverables and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Document current and future state processes for client reports, advice, communication letters, and notices.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to advise on priorities, risks, costs, and timelines.
• Manage project plans and coordinate follow-ups across various departments to ensure parallel project delivery.
• Write User Acceptance Test scripts and business scenarios, and facilitate training sessions or webcast demos.
• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to secure sign-off on all regulatory business requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in operations or business analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL for database queries and environment navigation.
• Strong Business Analysis skills for process documentation and requirement gathering.
• Proven Project Management experience, including maintaining project plans and managing timelines.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office for client reporting and presentations.
• Ability to perform risk assessments regarding business decisions and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in client reporting, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• General knowledge of industry-standard client reporting and competitor landscapes.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities within a project environment.
