You will monitor critical technology systems and infrastructure to ensure reliable service delivery across a global telecommunications environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage incidents and provide timely technical support to maintain operational continuity for customers worldwide.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues by working closely with internal teams and customers to resolve problems efficiently.
• Maintain and support Linux systems, databases, and telecom solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Support enterprise-level processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of response procedures and operational workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, operations support, and system administration.
• Strong proficiency in Linux Systems and System Administration.
• Hands-on experience with Database Management.
• Expertise in Infrastructure Monitoring and Incident Management.
• Proven ability in Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
• Understanding of enterprise support processes.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure operations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a global telecommunications environment.
• Familiarity with telecom solutions.
