Description

Operate and maintain application environments to ensure system stability and availability.

Responsibilities

• Monitor application health using SCOM and Data Dog.
• Troubleshoot issues by analyzing logs from App Insights, Event Viewer, SQL, and IIS.
• Manage and support Windows Server environments.
• Automate operational tasks using PowerShell scripting.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in operations or support roles.
• Proficiency with Windows Server administration.
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills.
• Hands-on experience with Data Dog.
• Experience with SQL.
• Foundational knowledge of Azure.
• Ability to analyze logs from IIS, Event Viewer, and SQL.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SCOM.
