You will manage and resolve complex technical issues within web application environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 application support to resolve complex technical issues.
• Troubleshoot and optimize Apache HTTPD configurations.
• Analyze system performance and resolve incidents in a timely manner.
• Cross-functional collaboration to ensure application stability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Web Application Support Operations.
• Strong proficiency with SQL.
• Practical experience with Linux commands.
• Deep understanding of Apache HTTPD configuration and troubleshooting.
• Experience in L2/L3 application support environments.
• Familiarity with standard development tools and technologies.
