Description

You will support the Security Settlements department in executing settlements for Fixed Income and Equity products across American, Latin American, and Canadian markets.

Responsibilities

• Execute standard settlements and resolve breaks and fails.
• Manage firm deficits, inventory, and client asset transfers.
• Communicate with stakeholders and escalate identified risks.
• Update operational procedures and contribute to projects involving predictive analytics and Agile methods.
• Minimize regulatory risk and manage asset segregation for various banking divisions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Basic accounting skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a structured, high-volume, and time-sensitive environment.
• Strong verbal and written business communication skills.
• High attention to detail and risk awareness.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Equity and/or Fixed Income products.
• Understanding of settlement market rules.
