Description

You will manage day-to-day trade lifecycle support and settlement processes within Capital Markets.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage trade settlement across various asset classes and trade matching platforms.
• Perform suspense account reconciliation and balancing.
• Resolve conflicting events and prioritize competing urgent tasks throughout the trading day.
• Act as a liaison between field specialists, trading desks, and external market centers.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, and Business units to support operational processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in financial services.
• Knowledge of trade clearance and settlements (DTCC, Fed, Government, Muni).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Understanding of Capital Markets and Core Processing.
• Strong reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage high-volume, conflicting tasks with attention to detail.
• Degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with VBA.
