Responsibilities

• Perform operational analysis and system support tasks.
• Adhere strictly to documented processes and operational guidelines.
• Manage documents, spreadsheets, and collaborative content using office productivity software.
• Create and run queries in financial systems.
• Maintain punctuality, reliability, and accountability in daily tasks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint).
• Proficiency in SQL and understanding of relational database concepts.
• Experience with PeopleSoft Financials or similar enterprise financial systems.
• Experience using FTP/SFTP software, such as GoAnywhere.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with structured IT environments and documented operational procedures.
