Description

You will lead digital systems and automation execution across manufacturing sites to support capital project portfolios.

Responsibilities

  • Lead highly technical IT/OT digital initiatives and capital project execution.
  • Implement digital automation solutions while ensuring adherence to process control network architecture and security requirements.
  • Integrate automation systems with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms.
  • Drive the delivery and value generation of the digital manufacturing suite of applications.
  • Support industrial data collection and analysis projects to identify technical advantages and capital efficiencies.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in digital systems, process controls, or automation.
  • Proficiency with ERP and MES integration.
  • Hands-on knowledge of C#, Python, and SQL.
  • Understanding of networking protocols including TCP/IP and VLANs.
  • Experience managing virtualized environments using VMWare.
  • Knowledge of process control network architecture and security requirements.
  • Experience with industrial data collection and analysis.
  • Familiarity with good manufacturing practices within a complex manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally to supply chain network sites.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with digital transformation in the food industry or equivalent manufacturing sectors.
