Description

Lead training initiatives for new hires and existing staff within Intake, Outreach, and Fulfillment teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions live, virtually, and through digital formats.
• Develop and update training manuals, instructional aids, and training materials.
• Translate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) into actionable training programs.
• Review and update SOPs to ensure accuracy and alignment with organizational changes.
• Partner with functional managers to coach staff not meeting quality or productivity goals.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of the medical record retrieval process.
• Proficiency with MS Office including Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with business applications and general business tools.
• Ability to train diverse groups of people across varying skill levels and backgrounds.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Capability to train both in-person and remotely.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing workflows and writing training content.
• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools, and techniques.
