Description

Lead training initiatives for Intake, Outreach, and Fulfillment teams, delivering sessions live, virtually, and digitally.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update training manuals, instructional aids, and digital training materials.
• Translate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) into actionable training programs and ensure their accuracy.
• Deliver training sessions to diverse groups across varying skill levels, both in-person and remotely.
• Partner with functional managers to coach staff on quality and productivity improvements.
• Review and update SOPs to align with organizational changes and medical record retrieval processes.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in training or operations.
• Knowledge of the medical record retrieval process.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with business applications and general business tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Experience designing workflows and writing training content.
• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools, and techniques.
