Description

Operate device packaging equipment and support startup activities for a new automated production site in Concord, NC.

Responsibilities

• Run packaging processes and troubleshoot equipment to ensure continuous supply.
• Support startup activities required to bring the packaging area into service.
• Act as a technical expert by demonstrating knowledge of procedures and quality systems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to meet capacity plans and safety goals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Proficiency with SAP.
• Experience with device packaging equipment and process operations.
• Knowledge of HSE goals and safe working practices.
• Ability to travel domestically for 2-4 week trips or 2-4 month assignments during the first year.
