Description

You will lead end-to-end Workday Advanced Compensation implementations for Digital HR transformation initiatives.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering workshops with HR and business stakeholders to define compensation needs.
• Configure Core and Advanced Compensation components, including plans, eligibility rules, events, review cycles, and participation rules.
• Collaborate with HCM, Payroll, and Security teams to ensure seamless data integration and system functionality.
• Perform unit testing, support UAT, troubleshoot issues, and provide post-go-live hypercare.
• Develop functional documentation, configuration guides, and training materials while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Required Skills

• 5 years of experience in Workday Core and Advanced Compensation implementation.
• Strong understanding of Workday HCM fundamentals, including worker data, organizational structure, and security.
• Expertise in compensation administration processes, including plans, eligibility, and compliance.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into precise system configurations.
• Proven stakeholder management and communication skills with strong documentation capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Workday Calculated Fields and data migration for compensation processes.
• Exposure to Workday HCM and other modules, with prior involvement in HR transformation projects.
• Workday Compensation Certification.
