You will manage platform reliability, infrastructure performance, and automation for backend applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain core backend applications including Tableau, Denodo, and Grafana following SRE principles.
• Optimize underlying infrastructure, servers, networks, and storage systems for scalability.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve platform incidents to minimize service disruptions.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps to streamline deployments.
• Implement automation across testing, performance, security, deployments, and monitoring.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as an Operations Engineer.
• Advanced proficiency in Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows Server administration.
• Strong networking fundamentals including messaging and RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency with Git version control and scripting languages.
• Experience using monitoring tools such as Grafana and Prometheus.
• Practical knowledge of IT risk and security concepts.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, or database technologies like SQL Server, Always On, and PL/SQL.
• PowerShell scripting expertise.
• Knowledge of enterprise scheduling solutions such as UAC.
