Description

Manage and support critical production systems, ensuring high availability and performance through advanced troubleshooting and automation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 operational support for critical production systems and applications.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex incidents, service requests, and performance issues.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to identify root causes and implement fixes.
• Monitor system performance, automate repetitive tasks, and optimize production processes.
• Participate in on-call rotation and ensure timely escalation of critical issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in production support or operations roles.
• Strong proficiency in Linux, Unix, and Windows Server administration.
• Scripting expertise in Shell, Python, and PowerShell.
• Hands-on experience with MySQL, Oracle, and database query tuning.
• Proficiency in monitoring tools: Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, and ELK Stack.
• Experience with cloud platforms AWS and Azure for deployment and monitoring.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Jenkins.
• Incident management experience using ServiceNow or similar tools.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Ansible or Terraform for automation.
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise systems in a 24x7 environment.
