You bridge the gap between technical application support and business requirements, managing operational incidents and translating needs into technical solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and assist with Java application development and technical issues.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data analysis and reporting.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and test new features for functional alignment.
• Manage incidents and monitor system performance to resolve operational problems.
• Collaborate with developers and business users to improve system processes and automation.

Required Skills

• 3-4 years of experience working with Java, Cobol, and SQL.
• 2+ years of experience in operational support, including incident management and monitoring.
• Proficiency in Java and Cobol Mainframe programming.
• Strong experience with SQL databases and query writing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Enterprise Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, or JPA.
• Frontend development experience using React and TypeScript.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel VBA and Excel Macros.
