Description

You will manage recruitment pipelines for OPT candidates and drive bench sales to place consultants during the night shift.

Responsibilities

• Execute targeted recruitment strategies to source and place OPT candidates.
• Manage end-to-end bench sales activities to secure placements for consultants.
• Operate within the fixed 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST shift window.
• Coordinate with clients and consultants to match requirements with available talent.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in OPT recruitment and visa processing workflows.
• Direct experience in bench sales and consultant placement.
• Ability to work fixed night shifts (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST).
• Strong communication skills for client and candidate interactions.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant recruitment experience.
• Graduation degree in any discipline.
