You will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for OPT and CPT candidates, driving hires from sourcing through onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, university networks, and established databases to build a robust pipeline.
- Manage the full recruitment process from initial outreach to consultant onboarding and placement.
- Post job advertisements on university sites and professional job boards to maximize visibility.
- Coordinate technical screenings and interviews for potential consultants, evaluating their skill sets.
- Maintain daily contact with consultants and educate them on immigration processes and expectations.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in US recruiting.
- Proven expertise in hiring OPT, CPT, and EAD status candidates.
- Hands-on experience using Dice, CareerBuilder, Monster, and Corp-Corp.
- Strong sourcing and networking skills to develop and maintain student networks.
- Ability to evaluate technical skill sets and communicate them clearly to internal teams.
- Demonstrated ability to meet monthly recruitment targets consistently.
- Solid understanding of the immigration process for international candidates.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to manage candidate relationships.

- Experience with W2 consultant onboarding processes.
