Description

You will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for OPT and CPT candidates, driving hires from sourcing through onboarding.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, university networks, and databases to build a robust pipeline.
• Manage the full recruitment process from initial outreach to consultant onboarding and placement.
• Post job advertisements on university sites and professional job boards to maximize visibility.
• Coordinate technical screenings and interviews, evaluating skill sets for internal teams.
• Maintain daily contact with consultants and educate them on immigration processes and expectations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in US recruiting.
• Proven expertise in hiring OPT, CPT, and EAD status candidates.
• Hands-on experience using Dice, CareerBuilder, Monster, and Corp-Corp.
• Strong sourcing and networking skills to develop and maintain student networks.
• Ability to evaluate technical skill sets and communicate them clearly.
• Demonsrated ability to meet monthly recruitment targets consistently.
• Solid understanding of the immigration process for international candidates.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to manage candidate relationships.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with W2 consultant onboarding processes.
