Description

Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for OPT candidates targeting the US market. Own the process from sourcing through consultant onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active database of OPT, CPT, L2, TN, EA, and Green Card candidates.
• Verify candidate work status and screen resumes for technical placements.
• Build and develop a consistent network of students through active sourcing and networking.
• Coordinate the entire recruitment process through to consultant onboarding.
• Educate consultants on the recruitment process and follow up throughout the lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in US Recruitment or technical recruitment.
• Proven expertise in Business Networking and sourcing.
• Experience with Interviewing and candidate screening.
• Strong Negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Database management for candidate tracking.
• Knowledge of Onboarding procedures.
• Understanding of trending IT skills in the market.
