Description

Manage full-cycle recruitment for OPT and Bench Sales candidates during the night shift.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute recruitment strategies specifically for OPT candidates.
• Manage bench sales recruitment activities and candidate pipelines.
• Schedule and conduct interviews between 6:30 PM IST and 3:30 AM IST.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to fill vacancies efficiently.

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year of professional recruitment experience.
• Experience with OPT recruitment processes and visa requirements.
• Knowledge of Bench Sales recruitment dynamics.
• Ability to work the night shift (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST) consistently.
• Completed graduation in any field.
