Optical Transport Delivery Manager

You will manage Optical Access Transport projects ranging from small to very large scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from inception through deployment, including service expansion, IPRAN, IPWAN, A3 backbone upgrades, and R4B EON programs.
• Develop and maintain project documentation such as plans, issue logs, risk management, communication plans, and status reports.
• Forecast, order, and maintain all equipment and materials required for project execution based on established schedules.
• Track project budgets and ensure accurate forecasting for upcoming months.
• Manage resources, project scoping, and schedules while conducting post-implementation reviews to track results.
• Identify potential risks using critical thinking and communicate them to stakeholders to ensure effective decision-making.
• Maintain the PMO Lessons Learned database and implement process creation or modification recommendations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Proven expertise in project management, project plans, and scope management.
• Experience with forecasting and process creation.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and key stakeholders.
• Experience managing complex project lifecycles and resource assignment.
• Degree in any field.
