You will design and implement scalable, low-latency features for a next-generation ad server.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement low-latency ad server features.
  • Build highly scalable backend components.
  • Optimize system performance within Linux/UNIX environments.
  • Apply web fundamentals including HTTP, cookies, caching, DNS, and CDNs to improve efficiency.

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Proficiency in C programming.
  • Experience working in Linux/UNIX environments.
  • Working knowledge of MySQL databases.
  • Scripting experience with Python, Perl, or Shell.
  • Understanding of DNS and CDNs.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with the Go programming language.
