Description

You will drive characterization and design validation for camera and depth sensing product lines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement experimental methodologies for characterizing and calibrating cameras and depth systems.
• Design characterization targets and scenes, automating measurement processes to ensure consistent performance.
• Set up and maintain lab experimental setups for characterization and calibration tasks.
• Develop data processing procedures to analyze experimental results.
• Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and manufacturing teams to troubleshoot prototypes and optimize performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in optoelectronic characterization or related roles.
• Proficiency in Python, MATLAB, and C++.
• Hands-on experience with lab equipment and instrumentation.
• Experience in camera system characterization and validation.
• Knowledge of free-space optics and setting up optical systems for lab automation.
• Problem-solving skills in computer vision and image processing.
• Master's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments.
• Experience in the consumer electronics industry.
