Description

Drive characterization and design validation for camera and depth sensing product lines.

Develop and implement experimental methodologies for characterizing and calibrating cameras and depth systems. Design characterization targets and scenes, automating measurement processes to ensure consistent performance. Set up and maintain lab experimental setups for characterization and calibration tasks. Develop data processing procedures to analyze experimental results. Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and manufacturing teams to troubleshoot prototypes and optimize performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in optoelectronic characterization or related roles.
• Proficiency in Python, MATLAB, and C++.
• Hands-on experience with lab equipment and instrumentation.
• Experience in camera system characterization and validation.
• Knowledge of free-space optics and setting up optical systems for lab automation.
• Problem-solving skills in computer vision and image processing.
• Master's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments.
• Experience in the consumer electronics industry.
