Description

You will act as a Subject Matter Expert for Oracle Fusion Cloud AR, focusing on Advanced Collections module implementations.

Responsibilities

• Define collections strategies, tasks, collector assignments, and activities including workbench, promise to pay, and dispute handling.
• Evaluate delivered solutions against best practices to add value to the implementation.
• Guide testing teams through SIT, UAT, and regression testing phases.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and act as a liaison between vendors and docuSign teams.
• Work within a multi-shore team structure to validate solutions and provide support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle applications.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud AR and Advanced Collections module implementation.
• Proven track record of at least 2 full project implementations for different customers.
• Deep understanding of Oracle Schema for Customer, AR, and Collections modules.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder coordination.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for integrations with third parties like Salesforce.
• Functional knowledge of Customer and other Oracle Cloud modules.
