Description

You will serve as the Subject Matter Expert for Oracle Fusion Cloud Accounts Receivable, specifically owning the Advanced Collections module.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement collections strategies, including tasks, collector assignments, and activities within the workbench, promise to pay, and dispute handling workflows.
• Evaluate delivered solutions against industry best practices to optimize the implementation value.
• Guide testing teams through System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and regression testing phases.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and act as the liaison between vendors and DocuSign teams.
• Validate solutions and provide ongoing support within a multi-shore team structure.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Applications.
• Proven track record of at least two full project implementations for different customers.
• Deep understanding of Oracle Schema for Customer, AR, and Collections modules.
• Specific expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud AR and Advanced Collections module implementation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder coordination.
• Any Graduate degree.
