Description

Lead global implementation and deployment of Oracle Agile PLM solutions, managing the full lifecycle from design and build to testing and training.

Responsibilities

• Lead global Oracle Agile PLM deployments, including design, configuration, testing, and training.
• Drive workshops for requirements gathering, process analysis, and user training.
• Manage onshore and offshore technical teams of at least three consultants.
• Troubleshoot and resolve configuration-related defects and system design issues.
• Collaborate with project management and customers to develop proposals, change orders, and statements of work.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Oracle Agile PLM functional or architect consulting experience.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with the Product Collaboration (PC) module.
• Proven experience in the Medical Device industry.
• Expertise in implementing Oracle Agile PLM modules including PC, PPM, and PG&C.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision on global deployments.
• Strong English communication skills for interacting with technical teams and customers.
• Bachelor’s Degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle PLM Cloud.
• Knowledge of Product Quality Management (PQM), Product Cost Management (PCM), and Engineering Collaboration (EC).
