Description

You will re-engineer and modernize the Emerging Infections Program suite of modules by migrating legacy functionality into the Oracle APEX framework.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Rewrite existing EIP modules, including ABC's Report Forms and supplemental forms, into the new Oracle APEX framework.
• Develop and implement new workflows and data capturing capabilities for specific clinical conditions.
• Build and maintain reporting forms for the NIE, NNS, and iEC programs.
• Reconstruct the Viral Module reporting forms, covering FLUSurv, RSVSurv, and COVID-NET modules.
• Manage the development of the CDI module for tracking Clostridioides difficile infections.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software development.
• Expertise in Oracle APEX development and framework implementation.
• Experience re-engineering legacy modules into modern web frameworks.
• Ability to manage complex data capturing workflows for clinical and demographic data.
• Experience working with surveillance-based reporting modules.
• Any Graduate education.
