Description

You will design and build functional applications on the Oracle APEX platform for the Office of Consumer Credit Commissioner.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Transform system designs into functional applications by interpreting specifications and collaborating with stakeholders.
• Develop custom APEX applications that meet specific business requirements.
• Write and optimize SQL and PL/SQL scripts to ensure efficient, secure data handling.
• Integrate daily uploads from existing systems into the APEX application for seamless data synchronization.
• Ensure application compliance with industry standards, security policies, and data protection best practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with web technologies, including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• 3+ years of experience with Oracle APEX for developing web applications.
• 3+ years of experience with Oracle SQL for data modeling and PL/SQL for backend programming.
• 3+ years of experience with Oracle Database management and optimization.
• Familiarity with using and integrating APEX plugins to extend functionality.
• Oracle APEX Developer Certified Expert or Oracle PL/SQL Developer Certified Associate certification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data protection best practices.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to interpret specifications.
