Description

Lead the modernization of legacy Oracle Forms and Reports by migrating them to Oracle APEX.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Migrate existing Oracle Forms and Reports applications to Oracle APEX while maintaining core functionality.
• Design, develop, and implement scalable applications using Oracle Application Express.
• Write and optimize complex PL/SQL procedures, packages, triggers, and views.
• Develop interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI and BI Publisher.
• Manage application versions and deployment using GitHub.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle application development.
• Strong expertise in Oracle APEX 22.x or later, including Dynamic Actions and Interactive Reports.
• Advanced PL/SQL development, including performance tuning and optimization.
• Experience with Power BI and BI Publisher for data visualization.
• Hands-on experience migrating legacy Oracle Forms and Reports to modern platforms.
• Proficiency with SQL, relational database design, and Oracle Database 12c/19c.
• Experience with RESTful Web Services, APIs, and JSON/XML processing.
• Competency with GitHub, Git, or Azure DevOps for version control.
• Understanding of Apex security, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for UI customization.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud, AWS, or Azure deployments.
