Description

Migrate legacy PL/SQL Web toolkit modules to the Oracle APEX platform and develop secure web applications for sensitive PII and PHI data.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Migrate existing PL/SQL Web toolkit applications to Oracle APEX.
• Implement modern JavaScript, jQuery, and CSS to mitigate security vulnerabilities.
• Ensure application compliance with HIPAA regulations through secure coding practices.
• Manage interfaces between the system and various state and federal agencies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle database (12c, 11g, 18c, or 19c).
• 5+ years of strong SQL and PL/SQL development experience.
• 3+ years of experience with Oracle APEX.
• 3+ years of experience with JavaScript or jQuery.
• 3+ years of experience with HTML.
• Proficiency in CSS for application styling.
• Experience working with sensitive data environments.

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years of experience with Oracle PL/SQL Web toolkit.
