Description

Design and maintain web-based applications using Oracle as the backend.

Responsibilities

• Migrate existing applications from Oracle Web Toolkit to Oracle APEX.
• Analyze requirements and prepare functional and system specifications.
• Develop data models, system designs, and complex program code.
• Test applications and evaluate results for accuracy, timelines, and integrative features.
• Assess the impact of software upgrades and environment changes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with Oracle Databases and strong SQL/PL/SQL programming.
• 5+ years of professional experience with Oracle APEX.
• 5+ years of experience with Web Services and JavaScript.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL, HTML, CSS, jQuery, XML, and JSON.
• Experience in the software development lifecycle, including installation, change management, and testing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and issues simultaneously.
• Strong design, development, and troubleshooting capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle PL/SQL Web Toolkit.
