Description

You will convert legacy PL/SQL Web toolkit applications into Oracle APEX 22.1 and develop new interfaces based on updated requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Convert existing PL/SQL Web toolkit applications and pages into APEX 22.1.
  • Review code and functionality within legacy applications to design and develop APEX pages.
  • Validate functionality of converted pages and perform bug fixes in existing applications.
  • Implement web technologies, JavaScript/jQuery, templates, and CSS to mitigate security vulnerabilities and ensure HIPAA compliance.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, analyze requirements, and develop data models and system designs.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience with Oracle 12c, 18c, or 19c databases.
  • 5+ years of experience in SQL and PL/SQL programming.
  • 3+ years of experience with Oracle APEX.
  • 3+ years of experience with JavaScript or jQuery.
  • Proficiency in HTML and CSS.
  • Experience with Oracle PL/SQL Web toolkit.
  • Strong skills in designing, developing, and troubleshooting complex program code.
  • Ability to assess the impact of software upgrades and environment changes.
  • Experience preparing functional/system specifications and technical documentation.
