Description

You will design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications using Oracle Application Express (APEX).

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Oracle APEX applications that meet business requirements and follow best practices.
• Develop database objects including tables, views, procedures, and triggers using SQL and PL/SQL.
• Integrate APEX applications with enterprise systems using REST APIs and web services.
• Maintain and enhance existing applications, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical resolutions.
• Document technical solutions, data models, processes, and user guides.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with Oracle APEX and Oracle Database products.
• Hands-on development experience with Oracle APEX version 18.2 or higher.
• Expertise in writing and optimizing SQL and PL/SQL, including deep knowledge of packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and exception handling.
• Proficiency with JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, HTML5, and CSS.
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs using Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS).
• Strong understanding of logical and physical database design.
• Familiarity with the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Basic understanding of AWS cloud platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of APEX Universal Theme for UI requirements.
